Spring inspires me to throw open the windows and catch the fresh air as it rushes in. I’ve already been clearing out cupboards and sweeping away cobwebs; if you’re listening carefully, the energy commands that we make a shift in how we live.

WHEN I first started my PR, freelance writing and transformation coaching business in 2011 I was convinced that I’d wake up bursting with energy to share my knowledge and expertise with the world.

It did NOT work out that way…
