All classes are LIVE & ONLINE and run from 6.30pm - 7.45pm

You will receive the info you need to join the class by email each Tuesday morning, so the classes are easy for you to link into that evening. All you need is a computer or iPad (a phone is ok but not so easy for you to see).

A REPLAY is automatically made available to you if you need to miss a class for any reason.

BOOK YOUR SPOT BELOW (suitable for absolute beginners and the veteran yogi).
