Petrified Of Public Speaking, You Want Transformation, What Next?
IF YOU WANTED to overcome your public speaking fears right now, what would you do?
Would you get the painters and decorators in?
Would you spend money and book a holiday?
Would you try to make one sustainable change each day and stick to it?
The third suggestion might seem the most likely to create the type of transformation you’re looking for, but it also only works with the right support (otherwise, how do you know what to change?).
We’ve likely all been on binge diets or decided to start a new regime at the gym only to overdo it and quickly revert to our ‘normal behaviour.’
What if you 100 per cent committed to overcoming your public speaking anxiety and saw it through? What would your life and business look like then?
You’d be a calm, confident, captivating communicator.
You’d open up a WHOLE NEW WORLD of opportunity.
I’ve just renewed my pledge to stop talking about being busy. It does me no favours and running on empty is not how I want to run a holisitic and creative business.
Instead, I’m choosing to raise the standard I expect from myself. I can be fully booked without being a headless chicken; you can too.
Stop talking about your public speaking nerves and do something about them.
What would that look like for you?
Creating transformation can be fun and most of the time it happens incrementally. I am still no Nigella Lawson in the kitchen but when I first went to uni I lived on baked potatoes or spaghetti hoops on toast. I haven’t had spaghetti hoops in the past 20 years. My taste buds changed. I woke up to the fact that what I eat, drink and choose to put in my mind dramatically impacts my life.
I’m not interested in staving off sickness: I choose vibrant health and wellbeing.
I’m not interested in ‘making do’ with the already great life that I have; I will always be making progress and upleveling because that’s what feels amazing to me.
I don’t open my eyes each day to just get by. I hope you don’t either. You deserve more and it’s my mission to make sure you get it - you have the potential to be amazing at public speaking. We all do!

The quality of your life depends on the thoughts you have.
Make them phenomenal.
